#37 - [video - forward dated to the morning]

[The video feed is on, but all the camera can see is blackness. A great deal of very loud breathing can be heard. The darkness breaks slightly, and whatever was blocking the camera pulls back to reveal this:



The device is nosed a few more times as it skitters across whatever surface it's on. The face backs up, revealing a fairly large deer stag standing in an apartment bedroom. The device is set up with a shot of the door. The deer bats at the doorknob a few times with his antlers, looking imploring back at the camera each time. He lets out a slightly mournful bellow, before moving back to the device. There are a few more moments of snuffling and deer-nose close ups before the transmission ends.]






[ooc: Stephen has been hit with the Safari curse and will now be a deer stag until Sunday. Which means that he he trapped in his room until someone comes and rescues him. Doorknobs are not meant for hooves. He's managed to work out how to operate the video function on his device (he's been stuck in here for a long time), so audio, video, and action are all welcome. He'll be wandering around the edge of town looking for delicious patches of grass if your character wants to bump into him. :-D]

[He shakes his head at the camera. He looks towards his door again, then back, snuffling a little.]

[Stephen bellows again and aims his antlers at the device camera threateningly.]

Stephen.

[totallyinaband]

[Stephen!deer makes a relieved snorting noise and nods vigorously.]

[ There is now a Castiel standing by the door. ]

You're a deer.

[totallyinaband]

[Stephen looks as sarcastic as is really possible in a deer.]

I can't fix it, but-- [ It's okay, Stephen!deer, Castiel will pat you on the nose in comfort! ] Perhaps if you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, he will find it in his heart to turn you back. If it is what He thinks is best.

[Stephen kinda enjoys the patting, despite his best efforts. He looks up sharply at the next part, and tries his best at a incredulous eyebrow in deer-form. He knows Castiel is an angel, but he's never seen him so - Evangelical before. He nudges him a little with his antlers.]

Is there somewhere you'd rather be than here? You're fairly large, and it's a little crowded. Or we could stay here, and pray for your soul's salvation.

[Stephen!deer shakes his head. He walks over the the rather messy bed in the middle of the room and nudges at it, snorting, then walks back over to his door and paws at it with one hoof. He looks back at the screen imploringly. Get that, Jill?]

[Stephen bellows, and claws at his door a little more with his antlers.]

[ Wow that was a really rude please...

Open your eyes Stephen! You're now in the cathedral! ]

[Wow, and being a deer is disorientating enough as it is. He flicks his ears and start making confused deer noises.]

Maybe you just need some help?

[The deer just shook his head like he understood. Curse?]

You'll feel better momentarily. Can't you feel the healing power of God's house?

[Stephen snorts in exasperation and paws at the floor with one hoof. How many people is going to have to explain to that he can't use doorknobs with hooves'.]

[Stephen flicks his ears around a little, then nudges Castiel's hand with his nose a little. The patting felt nice last time.]

[rehymenator]

[ Oh, sure. Castiel's good with doing some patting again. Scratch behind the ear, even. ]

Even in this form, you're one of His creatures. If you'd like, you could absolve yourself of your sins, now.

[totallyinaband]

[Stephen snuffs happily at the scratching. He gives Castiel another glance. You're a good friend, Cas, but you're being super weird today. He gives him another little nudge with his nose, and then turns around to try and find the exit.]

[rehymenator]

[ Well. Castiel won't get in his way if he wants to wander around. ]

You don't want to be part of something?

[punchedhitler]

[As many as it takes, dude. You're a deer.]

[Oh. That door was for the bathroom. He picks another direction.]
